Real Resources (formerly YouthWorks) Foundation supports the benevolent efforts of Real Resources’ affiliated family of ministries as well as select strategic initiatives.
Desiring to be a faithful steward of God’s resources, the YouthWorks Board of Directors created YouthWorks Foundation. Since 2000, the Foundation has been blessing ministries and community partners across the United States. These funds have not only assisted YouthWorks ministry partners facing financial hardship, but have also strategically empowered ministries to make a greater impact for the Kingdom in their communities.
Now as Real Resources Foundation, our vision is to support the mission of all ministries within the Real Resources family. In addition to our benevolent and strategic giving, Real Resources Foundation exists to encourage a spirit of service and philanthropy in our staff. Various staff initiated funds enable our mission team to bless our ministry partners. Other grants provide employee charitable gift matching as well as funding for alumni staff to move on to other Christian service opportunities.
